Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen coordination as needed to support smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experienceExperience
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations and guest interaction
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food industry with an understanding of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and handling cash accurately
