Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service, a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders




- Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in setting up dining areas and preparing for service as needed

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS system such as Clover is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling
- Experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
