Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food service operations, excellent time management skills, and a passion for guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons receive prompt and courteous service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using basic math skills to ensure correct pricing.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist in sanitizing tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Help guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
- Uphold food safety standards throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
