As a key player in our hospitality environment, you will coordinate food preparation, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and service.

Duties

- Lead the restaurant during your shift, ensuring smooth operations from food prep to customer service
- Supervise and motivate team members, including interviewing potential new hires and providing ongoing coaching
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
- Support restaurant management in maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes excellent hospitality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,



or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams, conducting interviews, and managing staff schedules
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and the food industry standards
- Previous experience working in hotels or bars is a plus; barista experience is also valued for versatile skill sets
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
