Full-Time Shift Supervisor

Schedule: Full-time rotating shifts, including opens, closes and weekends

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour, plus tips

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, outgoing and motivated Shift Supervisor who naturally takes ownership and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

The right person is proactive, dependable and comfortable leading others. You communicate clearly, use sound judgment and notice what needs to be done without waiting to be asked. You are approachable and supportive while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the team during your shift
- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed properly
- Train and support new team members
- Create a warm and welcoming guest experience
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Oversee food quality, accuracy and presentation
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and running smoothly
- Complete opening, closing and daily checklists
- Communicate important updates or concerns to management

What We’re Looking For

- At least one year of supervisory or management experience
- At least two years of food service, hospitality or customer service experience
- At least one year of food preparation experience (chopping vegetables, etc)
- Confident,



outgoing and comfortable taking the lead
- You genuinely care about creating an exceptional guest experience and lead your team to deliver friendly, attentive and consistent service.
- Strong communication, judgment and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to lead by example
- Calm and organized in a quick-paced environment
- Fully open availability (available for opens, closes and weekends)
- Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one
