This includes planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site.

Description

- Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Oversee day-to-day field activities
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
- Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings

Profile





- 5-10+ years of construction leadership experience as a Site Supervisor on ICI projects, specifically Instiutional, Commercial, Industrial renovations and new builds
- Experience in completing interior fit-outs , new builds and renovations from $100k to $5 million in value
