- Evaluate, review, and debug code and technical content generated by advanced AI models across various engineering problems.
- Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Work through system design and complex algorithmic challenges to push model capabilities forward.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.
- Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Solid professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on coding experience in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go), with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
