About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated qualified to join our wireless communications team on mission-critical Search & Rescue (S&R;) solutions. This position focuses on the development, maintenance, and evolution of customized LTE/5G NR NodeB (eNodeB/gNodeB) protocol stack software, along with research and prototyping work.

What you'll do:

- Design, develop, and support LTE/5G NR air interface protocol stack components, including Layer 1 Control, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC & NAS;
- Work with customers, product management, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solid solutions;
- Contribute to software design, implementation, testing, integration, and release efforts
