- As a Solution Architect in our Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions

- From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver

- Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered

- Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation

- Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production

- Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER

- Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D;, and customers to solve complex integration challenges

- Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design





- Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery

- Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
