Position: Business Analyst - Senior
Location: Toronto - Hybrid The scope of the eForms MVP consists in creating a digital forms publication pipeline and establish a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and is integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e. EHR).
Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
- Use various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, and observation to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Documentation
- Translate stakeholder input into transparent, concise, and actionable requirements documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases).
Business Process Modeling
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document existing business workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop optimized process models that align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements,
and operational best practices.
System Analysis
- Evaluate requirements for feasibility, impact, and alignment with business objectives. Prioritize based on value, urgency, and dependencies.
Deliverables:
- Conduct the risk assessment and document mitigation strategies to support the compliance with AGENCY security, architecture, and privacy standards.
- Finish the eForms provincial roll-out: we will migrate 16 MTO forms to the Agency eForms platform and make the solution available to province via the major EMR vendors.
- Engage in eForms Phase 3: adopt additional forms and integrate with the Agency HALO framework.
- Support dynamic form behaviour, pre-population of patient and provider data, and structured data capture that aligns with provincial and national interoperability standards.
- Complete the SADIE EMR Integration.
