Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our EZ-Vape retail location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, motivate and develop your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain optimal merchandising standards, and uphold the highest levels of customer service.

Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and achievement of sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and knowledgeable staff
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotional activities and community engagement
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to support team growth and development





Requirements

- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail sales or similar environments
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued
- Experience with POS systems, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory management software
- Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, sales management, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, and record keeping accurately
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and promotional planning is preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development is advantageous
