Nova Scotia Health is seeking an HR Business Partner for People Services to provide strategic HR leadership to senior leaders within the Central Zone. You will partner with People Services Centers of Expertise and guide workforce planning, performance management, and policy interpretation across multiple unions.

The role requires a post-secondary HR degree, CPHR preferred, 5+ years in a complex unionized environment, and robust coaching and communication skills.
