Responsibilities

- Deliver compelling presentations and informational sessions to prospective students, parents, and school counselors both in person and virtually.
- Build strong relationships with high schools, community organizations, and educational partners to promote our programs and attract diverse student populations.
- Guide prospective students through the application process, providing clear information about admissions requirements and program options.
- Represent our institution at college fairs, community events, and recruitment drives to increase visibility and engagement.




- Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about program offerings and admission criteria to accurately advise prospective students.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, inquiries, and follow-up communications using recruitment management systems such as Ellucian.
- Stay current on industry trends in recruiting, higher education policies, and best practices in student engagement.

Requirements

- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Experience with Ellucian or similar student information systems is highly desirable.
- Proven success in recruiting or outreach roles, preferably within an educational setting.
- Robust communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to teach or explain complex information clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
