Studio & Operations Manager

Maison Pause | Old Montreal

Maison Pause is a boutique Pilates and wellness studio offering reformer Pilates, mat classes, recovery experiences, and a premium client experience in the heart of Old Montreal.

As our studio continues to grow, we are looking for a full-time Studio & Operations Manager to become the right hand of the founder and help oversee the daily operations of the business.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Coordinate instructor schedules and replacements when needed
- Work at the front desk several shifts per week
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Manage client communications and follow-ups
- Implement retention and membership conversion initiatives
- Oversee Mindbody operations, reporting, automations, and client management
- Manage studio inventory and place supply orders
- Coordinate retail inventory and merchandising
- Assist with events, partnerships, and special projects
- Ensure the studio is running smoothly and efficiently at all times




- Identify operational improvements and proactively solve problems

Qualifications

- Experience managing a fitness, Pilates, yoga, wellness, or boutique studio
- Experience with Mindbody is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bilingual (French and English)

Position Details

- Full time
- 5 days per week
- Primarily on-site in Old Montreal
- Competitive salary based on experience
