Job Summary

We are seeking experienced subcontractors and cleaning companies to partner with our cleaning company for commercial and industrial cleaning services.

This opportunity is intended exclusively for subcontractors and established companies that are able to provide cleaning services as a business partner. We are not hiring individual employees for direct employment.

The work is primarily performed during the night shift, supporting commercial and industrial facilities in maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized work environments. Successful subcontractors and company partners will be responsible for providing reliable cleaning services while meeting our standards for quality, safety, professionalism, and attendance.

We are looking for dependable partners who can work independently, provide qualified cleaning personnel, and maintain consistent service standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform commercial and industrial cleaning services according to established standards
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including floors, common areas, work areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces
- Use cleaning equipment, tools, and products safely and properly
- Follow all site-specific safety, cleaning, and operational procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliable service during scheduled shifts
- Ensure cleaning work is completed thoroughly and on schedule
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, safety issues, or other problems found during cleaning




- Maintain a professional relationship with our company and the client
- Provide appropriate supervision and coordination of cleaning personnel when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

- Must be a subcontractor or established cleaning company
- Experience in commercial, industrial, warehouse, or facility cleaning is preferred
- Ability to provide reliable and professional cleaning services
- Ability to work independently and meet scheduled service requirements
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices
- Reliable personnel and the ability to maintain consistent service quality
- Ability to comply with client and worksite safety requirements

This is a subcontractor/company partnership opportunity.

We are not hiring individual employees for this position. We are looking for subcontractors, cleaning companies, and business partners that can provide cleaning services under a subcontracting arrangement.

Location: Richmond Hill

Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Some Saturdays may be available

Safety boots required
