The successful candidate will

- Strengthen cultural understanding and inclusion by providing First Nations and Mtis perspectives, guidance, and support to students, families, and school staff while building robust community connections.
- Support student success and well-being through case coordination, tracking progress, encouraging family involvement, and promoting positive engagement toward graduation.
- Facilitate access to services by coordinating with community agencies, integrating school and community supports, arranging transportation, and conducting home visits when needed.
- Collaborate closely with school staff and leadership to deliver programs, monitor student needs, share updates, and ensure consistent,



coordinated support.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in social work, mental health
- Experience in the delivery of human services such as social work, health care, justice, counselling or community development
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle is required
