- Oversee recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and supporting their ongoing development.
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate purchasing and pricing strategies to optimize product availability and profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory updates with precision and efficiency.




- Implement marketing initiatives within the store to attract customers, increase sales, and promote brand loyalty through effective communication skills.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across diverse functions such as cashiering, customer service, and sales management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for merchandising details and store presentation.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases better.
- Proficiency in negotiating deals with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing purchasing processes.
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with phone etiquette that fosters positive interactions with customers and staff alike.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills.
