Pita Pit Windsor is hiring a reliable, hands-on Supervisor/Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
- Reliable transportation
- Robust leadership and communication skills
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to open or close the restaurant and step in during staffing shortages when required
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with training, scheduling, and daily operations
- Open and close the restaurant as required
- Help wherever needed to ensure smooth operations
