Let's Talk About Your Future Mission Safran Landing Systems is a subsidiary of Safran Landing Systems, a global leader in landing and braking systems for aircraft. The Mirabel plant is dedicated to manufacturing major components of landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments.
The job involves performing chrome, zinc-nickel, and nickel plating operations through electrodeposition using anodes, shapes, anode cages, tanks, chemical solutions, and other techniques. More Specifically, You Will Be Required To Control the conditions of high mechanical strength parts at all stages of the process
Prepare and assemble parts with anodes and masks
Perform electrolytic deposits (cadmium plating, chrome plating, or nickel plating)
Apply and control plating parameters on electronic interfaces
Use digital and analog measuring instruments
Participate in the certification of plating baths
Inspect the parts Requirements Let's talk about you Diploma of Vocational Studies (D.E.P) in surface treatment, aircraft mechanical assembly, structural assembly, welding-assembly, or equivalent experience
Experience in manual work or in the manufacturing field
Knowledge of reading plans (an asset)
Good manual dexterity

(benefits, specifics, …) Evening shift: Monday to Thursday from 2:20 PM to 12:20 AM Note: Depending on the collective agreement rules, the position may change shifts (day, night, or weekend) The salary for this position starts between $31.18 and $45.12 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications. With internal training and your progression in acquiring job-related skills, the hourly wage will increase up to a maximum of $48.97.
