Responsibilities

- Ensure integrated resource management within the project and portfolio management system;
- Structure, configure, and maintain data related to internal resources, project roles, job titles, assignments, availability, and capabilities;
- Control the quality, integrity and consistency of organizational data;
- Support integrated planning, capacity management and resource allocation;
- Produce and analyze management information relating to efforts, availability and performance indicators;
- Manage data associated with external resources, vendors, contracts, and service requests;
- Supervise contractual information, including hourly rates, commitment periods, efforts and consumption;
- Consolidate, validate and analyze data related to resources, contracts, access and user profiles;
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and data quality issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions;
- Produce dashboards, monitoring reports and reports for the various bodies;
- Document operational processes, procedures and practices;
- Propose improvements to the resource management, contract management and access management processes;
- Ensure alignment of solution configurations with organizational requirements and governance frameworks;
- Collaborate with the Human Resources, Finance, Contract Management, Security, Infrastructure and Change Management teams;
- Participate in functional validation, stabilization and continuous improvement activities of the system.

Profile sought

- Have at least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations;




- Demonstrate significant experience in the configuration, configuration, operation, support or evolution of information systems;
- Operate in complex organizational environments involving multiple business units;
- Understand business rules, repositories, application parameters, configurations, functional validations and release processes;
- Apply best practices in documentation, quality control and continuous improvement;
- Develop expertise in internal and external resource management, contract management and supplier monitoring;
- Be familiar with access management mechanisms, application roles, and associated control processes;
- Master the processes of integrated planning, capacity management and resource allocation;
- Interpret the contractual, administrative and financial processes related to the operation of an information system;
- Ensure the application of the principles of information security, data protection and access management;
- Integrate project, program and portfolio governance mechanisms into day-to-day operations;
- Use traditional, agile, hybrid project management approaches as well as DevOps practices;
- Leverage platforms such as Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, or comparable solutions;
- Administer a request and incident management tool;
- Supporting stakeholders in the use and optimization of an information system;
- Analyze organizational, functional, technological and operational issues in order to recommend appropriate solutions;
- Demonstrate excellent coaching, knowledge transfer and user support skills.
