We're now looking for a technically excellent Full-Stack Engineer to join as a Tech Co-Founder and take ownership of the platform's architecture, scale, and next phase of growth — from stabilizing and extending a production system to shaping the roadmap for mobile, AI-driven personalization, and international expansion.

What You'll Work On

- Scaling and hardening a live three-sided marketplace
- Short-form video discovery feed and in-app booking/checkout

Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture, infrastructure, and roadmap decisions
- Extend and scale the existing platform
- Build the mobile application
- Design and maintain backend systems, APIs, and data models
- Recruit and eventually lead an engineering team
- Partner closely on product strategy and user experience
- Make key build-vs-buy and technology decisions as the company scales

Ideal Candidate
- Strong hands-on experience with modern backend and frontend frameworks
- Background in marketplace or e-commerce platforms, you understand multi-sided dynamics, payments, and inventory/booking systems
- Experience with AI-powered features (recommendation, personalization, content matching)
- Comfortable owning infrastructure at scale: databases, caching, async task processing, real-time systems, authentication
