Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proven success in modernizing complex enterprise platforms using up-to-date architectural principles and technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile software delivery environments.

Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with several of the following technologies and practices:

- Java and Spring Boot
- RESTful API design and development
- Event-Driven Architecture and Apache Kafka
- Microservices and Distributed Systems
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)




- Containerization and Orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes
- GitHub Enterprise and modern source control practices
- CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Enterprise Integration Platforms
- Performance Engineering and Application Observability
- Secure Software Engineering and Cybersecurity Best Practices Preferred Leadership Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive technical strategy and architectural decisions.
- Experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical enterprise solutions.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
