This role supports audit processes through proactive management of data inventories, playbooks, and compliance documentation. Located within the Data & Audit Readiness team, your role will connect the Data team with Finance, Compliance, and external auditors.
With over 7 years of management experience, you'll drive improvements in data governance, ensuring a reliable audit workplace. Being hands-on, you'll produce essential documentation and maintain an ongoing catalog of data sources while closely collaborating with various business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audit readiness practices continuously for the Data team
- Create and oversee inventories and response playbooks
- Maintain a catalog of data sources in the audit scope
- Align with Finance and Compliance during audit activities
- Implement governance processes to identify audit-ready datasets Requirements:
- 7+ years in program/project management or audit coordination
- Familiarity with regulatory audit frameworks like SOC or SOX
- Strong organizational skills with documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation
