En Tant Que Technicien Ou Technicienne En Automation, Vous Aurez Comme Mandat Principal De Réaliser Différents Projets D’automation Et De Résoudre Des Problèmes Qui Nuisent Aux Opérations Chez Nos Clients. Plus Précisément, Vous Aurez à Participer à la réalisation de différents projets d’automatisation;

Participer à la conception des systèmes automatisés;

Programmer tous les types d’automates programmables pour différents types de produits, ainsi que les interfaces opérateurs (visuel);

Effectuer la mise en service des systèmes programmés chez les clients : validation de la programmation si conforme aux demandes du client, dépannage, modification et configuration;

Répondre aux appels de service chez différents clients;

Effectuer les vérifications pré-opérationnelles en atelier;

Réaliser de l’entretien préventif en usine;

Préparer des rapports d’entretien et/ou rapports techniques;

Procéder à la calibration d’instruments;

Établir des diagnostics pour améliorer des systèmes ou résoudre des problématiques;

Installer et faire fonctionner des équipements standards et spécialisés;

Étalonner les composantes et les instruments électriques, selon les manuels techniques;

Agir en tant que spécialiste lors de la location de personnel;

Cerner et communiquer les problèmes techniques;

Respecter les consignes de santé et sécurité au travail;

Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

EXIGENCES Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en génie électrique, en électronique industrielle, une attestation d’études collégiales en automatisation industrielle ou toute autre formation et expérience équivalente;

3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;





Programmation d’automates et d’interfaces opérateurs;

Réseautique industrielle;

Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit pour communiquer avec nos partenaires hors Québec;

Licence C hors construction;

Connaissance de la programmation Siemens;

ASP Construction;

Détenir un permis de conduire valide;

Être disponible pour se déplacer chez les clients;

Responsibilities In the position of Automation Technician, you will be primarily responsible for carrying out various automation projects and solving issues that hinder our clients’ operations. More precisely, you will have to: Participate in the execution of various automation projects;

Contribute to the design of automated systems;

Program all types of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for different products, as well as operator interfaces (HMI);

Commission programmed systems at client sites: validate programming against client requirements, perform troubleshooting, modifications, and configurations;





Respond to service calls at various client locations;

Perform pre-operational checks in the workshop;

Carry out preventive maintenance in the plant;

Prepare maintenance and/or technical reports;

Calibrate instruments;

Diagnose and improve systems or resolve technical issues;

Install and operate standard and specialized equipment;

Calibrate electrical components and instruments according to technical manuals;

Act as a specialist during personnel rental assignments;

Identify and communicate technical problems;

Comply with health and safety guidelines at work;

Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS Hold a college diploma in electrical engineering, industrial electronics, an Attestation of College Studies (ACS) in industrial automation, or possess any equivalent combination of education and experience;

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;

Programming of PLCs and operator interfaces;

Industrial networking;

Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our partners outside of Quebec;

Hold a C license (non-construction);

Knowledge of Siemens programming;

ASP Construction certification;

Hold a valid driver’s license;

Be available to travel to client sites;
