We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Field Sales team.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll take ownership of an established territory, building customer relationships, driving sales performance, executing promotions and ensuring our brands are represented to the highest standard.

No two days are the same. You'll be out in the field, partnering with customers, solving problems, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the success of some of Recent Zealand's most loved brands.

You're resilient, organised and understand that great partnerships take time to build. While FMCG experience is highly regarded, we're open to candidates from retail, customer-facing sales, account management or other fast-paced environments where you've demonstrated strong relationship management, negotiation and planning skills.

resilience and tenacity Enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team Is comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive results What Your Days Look Like Managing an established East Auckland territory across 25 retail stores Building strong relationships with buyers, store managers and key decision-makers Executing promotional activity and securing additional display opportunities Negotiating product ranging, space and visibility in-store Driving new product launches and distribution targets Analysing sales and store performance data to identify growth opportunities Supporting and working alongside merchandisers across the territory Planning and managing your weekly call cycle to maximise effectiveness Delivering business reviews and ensuring outstanding in-store execution The Ingredients for Success Experience in sales, retail, FMCG, customer service or account management Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Excellent planning, organisation and time management Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset Confidence interpreting data and using insights to influence decisions Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory Experience leading, coaching or influencing others will be highly regarded Perks Company vehicle and tools of trade provided Ongoing training, coaching and development Opportunity to work with iconic and trusted brands Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Career progression opportunities across The Arnott's Group The chance to make a tangible impact in a high-visibility territory Our Culture
