Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their visit
- Prepare food items and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to accurately process orders and payments
- Manage cash handling procedures with precision and accountability
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and safety
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service




- Follow all sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
- Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to serve customers confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- Restaurant or food industry background demonstrates your understanding of fast-paced environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash transactions and order calculations
