About The Role What you will actually do A structured 6-month training program that turns robust civil graduates into production-ready estimators — paid from day one. You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
Responsibilities Complete the KTH estimator training curriculum: drawing reading, takeoff software, CSI structure, workbook standards
Perform supervised takeoffs with weekly review and feedback
Assist senior estimators on live projects with defined scopes
Progress through graded competency milestones toward independent production work Requirements B.Sc.
Civil
Engineering (2024–2026 graduates preferred)
Strong drawing-reading fundamentals from coursework or internship
Comfortable with Excel; fast, careful computer work
