The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking a Training Evaluation and Standards Officer in Esquimalt, BC, to support the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs for Defence personnel.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and experience in adult learning, instructional design, training needs analysis, curriculum development, and learning management systems.
