Our Tree

Care team is essential to the success of our summer planting operations. These roles provide critical support to our tree planters and Crew Leaders, helping ensure smooth, efficient, and protected operations in the field. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for motivated self-starters who are ready to take on a variety of tasks and contribute to a meaningful mission—growing the future, one tree at a time.

Position Type: Seasonal

Location: Field-based (various planting sites)

Salary: Minimum $1125/week (varies based on experience)
