Experience: 8+ Years We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Specialist with a robust background in user experience design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering user-centric digital solutions. ? Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours
- Translate user insights into actionable UX/design solutions aligned with business objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Iterate and enhance designs based on user feedback and business requirements
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process
- Clearly communicate design decisions and design rationale
- Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies,



including GenAI ? Must-Have Skills:

✅ 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects

✅ Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD

✅ Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows

✅ Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

✅ Experience working with cross-functional Agile/product teams
