SetupTeam is hiring an experienced TV Mounting & AV Technician for residential and commercial projects throughout Toronto and the GTA.

Our primary need is for an experienced TV mounting technician who can perform professional installations independently. We are also interested in technicians with additional skills in AV, networking, low-voltage, security cameras, or smart-home systems.

COMPENSATION

$25–$40+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, technical capabilities, level of independence, and professional equipment/tools.

Higher compensation is available for experienced technicians who can arrive fully equipped and independently complete jobs from start to finish.

We are also open to candidates who have good technical aptitude but require additional training, tools, equipment, or supervision. Compensation will reflect experience and capabilities.

Experience with Geek Squad / Best Buy Field Services, skilled AV companies, low-voltage contractors, home automation companies, or similar field-service organizations is particularly relevant.

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid driver's licence
- Comfortable using ladders and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Clean and detail-oriented workmanship
- Professional communication with customers
- Ability to work in residential and commercial environments
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently appropriate to your experience level

Having your own vehicle and professional tools is a significant asset but is not necessarily required.

This is a full-time position serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
