About The Role We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible digital interfaces that enhance user experience across various platforms. Your primary focus will be to analyze user needs, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into functional designs.

You will play a key role in creating engaging user journeys, ensuring accessibility standards are met, and continuously improving interfaces based on user feedback. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that make a difference in users' digital interactions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a college diploma in graphic design, communication design, or a related field. A minimum of two (2) to nine (9) years of professional experience in UX design is required, with proven expertise in creating user-centered interfaces for software applications and web platforms.



Strong knowledge of designing for accessibility standards such as WCAG is essential.

Candidates should have experience in developing wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets using tools like Figma or equivalent. A solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design, is necessary. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to incorporating feedback and prioritizing improvements based on user impact.

Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces, including screens, forms, and interactive elements, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) to accommodate users with various limitations.

Collaborate closely with project teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to accurately interpret user journeys and project requirements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Incorporate user feedback and testing results to refine and enhance interface designs continuously.

Prioritize UX improvements based on their potential impact on user satisfaction and overall project goals.





Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity and branding guidelines across all digital assets.
