Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a robust understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours




- Provide guest services that promote customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Expérience

- Working experience in a grecque restaurant is preferable : 1 an (Souhaité)
