RTX is hiring a Weekend Surface Treatment Associate dedicated to quality in production processes like painting and plating. Commitment to health and safety standards is essential. In this role, you will work three 12-hour shifts each week.

- Conduct plating and abrasive blasting processes
- Measure components accurately for quality control
- Keep the workspace organized and clean Requirements:
- Completed Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical ability to read and interpret drawings
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
