Responsibilities

- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks across various facilities using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute projects.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems, identify issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Assist with construction-related tasks such as carpentry, assembly, and welding as needed for plumbing projects.
- Utilize HVAC knowledge for related system troubleshooting when necessary.




- Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to move materials or equipment required for plumbing work.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, including heavy lifting and working with schematics or schematics-based systems.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in plumbing, construction, or maintenance roles with a strong mechanical background.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation and repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transportation needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail and safety standards.
