About the Role

As a Wellness Performance Coach (Biohacking Technician), you'll guide members through a personalized experience using some of the world's most creative wellness technologies.

Rather than spending your day counting repetitions or selling personal training packages, you'll educate, motivate, and coach members as they use technologies designed to enhance recovery, strength, cognitive performance, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and overall well-being.

Every day is different. One client may be an elite athlete looking to optimize performance, while another may simply want to improve their energy, sleep, or quality of life.

You'll become a trusted guide, helping members understand how these technologies fit into their overall health journey.

What You'll Do

- Deliver an exceptional member experience from the moment a client walks through the door.




- Guide members safely and confidently through our wellness technologies.
- Educate members on the purpose, benefits, and proper use of each modality.
- Monitor member comfort and ensure all equipment is operated safely.
- Build meaningful relationships that encourage long-term member success.
- Learn and stay current on emerging research in health optimization, recovery, performance, and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
- Work closely with your teammates to create an energetic, welcoming culture.

You may be an excellent fit if you have experience or education in:

- Kinesiology
- Exercise Science
- Personal Training
- Athletic Therapy
