As a full-time Youth Outreach Worker with PCRS, you will play a vital role in the Inter-Regional At-Risk Youth Link program. - Conduct street outreach to connect with hard-to-reach youth
- Promote pro-social activities by engaging youth at SkyTrain stations
- Distribute essential supplies like snacks and harm reduction items
- Provide substance use education and naloxone training
- Maintain community stakeholder relationships and engage in program presentations Requirements:
- 2-year Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
- 2 years of experience with at-risk youth
- Experience with immigrant, refugee, or Indigenous communities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
