As a full time Youth Prevention Outreach Worker, you will empower youth aged 12–24 who are at risk of gang involvement or criminal activity.

Utilize your skills in trauma-informed care, community navigation, and relationship-building to create a positive trajectory for underserved individuals. Collaborate with a supportive wraparound team to ensure no young person falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide relationship-based support in schools and communities
