The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes YouTube. Not someone to simply upload videos or manage a content calendar. We're looking for someone who thinks like a product manager or growth hacker, someone who constantly asks, "What can we test next?" You'll help shape the growth strategy for our YouTube channels, with an immediate focus on our flagship kids' brand, Future Chicken.

Every upload is an experiment. Every thumbnail is a hypothesis. Every title is a chance to improve. If CTR drops, you want to know why. If retention spikes, you want to understand what happened. If another channel succeeds, you're already reverse engineering it.

The Rate

$40-60 p/h depending on experience (10-15 hours week) What You'll Do

Develop and execute a continuous YouTube/multi-platform (Facebook etc.) growth strategy for kids and parents.

Design and run A/B tests for thumbnails, titles, descriptions and packaging.

Analyze YouTube Analytics to uncover opportunities for growth.

Study competitors and identify emerging trends before they become mainstream.

Recommend improvements to programming, publishing cadence and content packaging.

Present weekly insights, learnings and recommendations—not just metrics.

Collaborate with our creative team to continually improve audience engagement.





Stay current with YouTube best practices, algorithm updates and creator trends.

Build a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning.

Create promotional content as needed for the platform. You're Probably Someone Who...

Has helped grow one or more YouTube channels through strategy—not luck.

Gets excited by analytics, audience psychology and experimentation.

Loves testing ideas and learning from data.

Knows what makes people click and what keeps them watching.

Is proactive, curious and constantly learning.

Is comfortable challenging conventional thinking with evidence.

Has familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation and workflow.
