Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and configuration testing on Salesforce CRM - Validate Salesforce components including Roles and Permission Sets - Execute manual and automation testing on Force.Com applications - Develop automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright - Manage test cases and execution metrics with JIRA or ALM
