International Transfer Pricing Director

We are hiring for International Transfer Pricing Director for a global manufacturing Company. Responsibilities include:

- Prepare and analyze interim transfer pricing charges, accounting entries, transactions and adjustments and any adjustments required for stand alone and consolidated financials
- Assess impact of transfer pricing on withholding taxes and consolidated effective tax rate
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and files for multiple entity and country wise reporting
- Evaluate intercompany cost based transactions and profit split model and update intercompany agreements
- Manage external benchmarking analysis
- Manage all transfer pricing audit issues by gathering and analyzing information and preparing audit responses
- Ensure transfer pricing is inline with country specific guidelines

Requirements

- Atleast 8-10 years relevant experience
- CPA or CFA
