What it takes:

- A Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance Agent License (required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales and service—you know your stuff and you perform
- A strong track record in direct sales, promotions, or brokerage environments
- Confidence, resilience, and a real drive to succeed (we like unstoppable energy)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and PC skills




- Call centre experience? Even better—you’re already ahead of the game
