As a Workday Master Data & Automation Analyst, you will work with Workday foundation data, reporting, data quality monitoring, data loads, documentation, issue tracking, automation opportunities, and practical AI enablement.

You are ideally a Workday or HRIS analyst with experience in Workday foundation data and reporting, and practical exposure to using clean, trusted data to support AI enablement, decision-making, and automation across Workday and HR operations.

What You’ll Do

- Help implement and maintain the Workday master data management and governance model, including data dictionary, data standards, ownership, quality rules, and issue tracking.
- Build, modify, and maintain Workday reports and data-quality dashboards to monitor master data, identify issues, and track remediation progress.
- Analyze Workday data using Excel and other approved tools to identify missing values, duplicates, inconsistencies, inactive values, and other data-quality risks.
- Support approved Workday data load activities, including Enterprise Interface Builder preparation, validation, testing, and post-load review.
- Support discovery and documentation of AI and automation use cases, including business problems, data inputs, data quality needs, process steps, risks, expected advantages, and responsible AI considerations.

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of experience with Workday, HR systems, HR data, or HR operations, with hands‑on involvement in data governance, issue tracking, or data-quality activities.
- Working knowledge of Workday foundation data, such as job profiles, job families, supervisory organizations, locations,



positions, cost centers, reason codes, worker types, or employee types.
- Experience building, modifying, or using Workday reports to extract and analyze data.
- Basic awareness of Workday security and integrations, including how data access and downstream systems may be impacted by Workday data changes.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted development or productivity tools such as Claude code, ChatGPT Codex, Git Hub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Awareness or experience with building AI agents and workflow automations using tools such as Workato, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
- Workday Pro Reporting or Workday HCM Core Pro certification is considered an asset.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche : $68,000.00 - $93,500.00 (per year / par an). A candidate’s experience and knowledge as well as the geographical region in which the position is located may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
