In this full-time role, you’ll bring structure and coordination to the engineering program for our next-generation aircraft. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including aerodynamics and electrical engineers, ensuring all project aspects stay aligned and focused on delivering flight-ready hardware. Your leadership will be critical to managing schedules, risks, and project deliverables in this dynamic defense-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:



- Own program schedules and critical path activities - Build and maintain engineering processes for aircraft development - Coordinate efforts across diverse engineering teams - Lead design reviews and program decision-making sessions - Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners
