Product AssociateEurop Assistance Canada, part of Generali Group (www.Generali.Com), is looking for a Product Associate to join our Product team in Canada, who can contribute to the building of local Canadian operations. Europ Assistance (www.Europ-assistance.Com) is a global company, active in over 200 countries and territories in the delivery of our products and services.The Canadian business unit will strategically focus its efforts on the Travel Insurance industry with the distribution of product offerings and associated service solutions to key stakeholders for their customers traveling abroad or with in Canada. This role will report into the Chief of Insurance & Product Officer and is based in Toronto, with the working environment being a mix of in-office and work from home, though always in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. The Product Associate supports the design, maintenance, and governance of the Canadian travel insurance product portfolio. The role is execution‑focused, with responsibility for high‑quality documentation, consistency across product materials, and support for product standardization initiatives.Responsibilities Include:Product Documentation & MaterialsSupport the maintenance of product terms and conditions, summaries, and related documentationAssist in the preparation and upkeep of product summaries and disclosures, including Quebec‑specific requirementsMaintain accurate version control and structured product documentation (including XML, HTML, YAML or similar formats)Product Standardization & ComplianceSupport product standardization efforts and ensure product materials reflect applicable standards and guidance set by Central / Head OfficeIdentify inconsistencies across product wordings or materials and escalate issues for resolutionSupport governance approval processes by preparing change documentation and reference materialsImplementation & Portfolio SupportSupport product implementation activities in coordination with IT, onboarding, and operations teamsAssist with testing, validation, and launch readiness for new or amended productsSupport the development of client‑facing product materials used to explain and manage partner portfoliosProduct Performance SupportCompile and summarize basic product performance metrics, claims feedback, denial themes, and customer issuesSupport comparative and market analysis under the direction of senior product team membersEducation, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:University degree preferred in a relevant discipline (e.G., business, economics, law, communication, or a related field)Up to 3 years of experience in insurance, financial services, product, operations, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and written communication skillsComfort working with structured documentation formatsQuantitative aptitude and ability to work with data and metricsLanguage Requirement: Fluency in EnglishHours of Work: Monday to FridayWork Location: HybridTotal Compensation: $70k - $75k (salary plus 10% bonus)Vacancy: 1 full time position (new role)Europ Assistance Canada Services Inc. supports all accommodation requests from applicants with disabilities; please contact Human Resources at if any accommodation is required.
