This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that invests in its people and fosters a supportive, team-first culture.Your recent roleAs a Building Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a portfolio totaling approximately 150,000 sq. ft., with a focus on two key downtown assets.You will work independently across your assigned buildings, while being supported by a close-knit team of operators and reporting directly into the Property Manager.Key responsibilities include:Completing tenant service requests and work orders (via Angus)Performing general maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical, painting, and carpentryMonitoring and troubleshooting HVAC systems (including DDC controls, boilers, chillers,
