This position supports McCain's EDGE (Enabling Digital from Valuable to Exceptional) Business Transformation Program, helping deliver SAP S/4HANA-enabled process integration, S&OP capabilities, and adjacent digital solutions. You will partner closely with business and digital technology leaders to translate enterprise strategies into scalable, measurable, and high-impact process outcomes.What You'll Be DoingLead the analysis, design, and integration of end-to-end business processes across functions aligned to transformation goalsDrive cross-functional process improvement initiatives, translating enterprise direction into executable solutionsPartner with SAP S/4HANA, S&OP, and related technology teams to ensure process alignment and integrationConduct "As-Is" and "To-Be" process analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunitiesDesign and document optimized processes using standard methodologies (e.G., BPMN 2.0, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma)Maintain process documentation, workflows, and RACI frameworks using tools such as SAP SignavioCollaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on process design and deliveryFacilitate workshops and working sessions to support alignment, decisions, and adoptionSupport change management efforts including communication, training,



and adoption planningTrack and measure process performance, value realization, and continuous improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with enterprise governance, policies, and regulatory standardsSupport testing readiness, execution, and defect resolution in partnership with delivery teamsProvide coaching and leadership to team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing cultureEscalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership as neededWhat You'll Need To Be Successful7–10 years of experience in business process integration, transformation, or digital enablementStrong experience working with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise transformation initiativesExpertise in business process management tools such as SAP Signavio (or equivalent)Deep understanding of process methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and BPMDemonstrated ability to lead and deliver cross-functional solutions in a global, matrixed environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience driving governance, compliance, and data-driven decision-makingBachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)BenefitsHealth coverage (medical, dental, vision, prescription drug), retirement savings benefits,
