As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 support tailored to each person's needs. This role combines personal and clinical care with a focus on fostering independence and social participation. Working both independently and within a team, you’ll help people feel secure, connected, and confident in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with medication and housing needs
• Provide personal and clinical care as required
• Encourage social participation and personal independence
• Support clients at home and during community events
• Be available for lone working with 24-hour on-call support
Requirements:
• Empathy and solid interpersonal skills
• UK Driving Licence with car access preferred
• Flexibility for day, evening, or weekend shifts
• No prior experience necessary, as training is provided
• Ability to build trusting, reliable relationships
