Requirements

- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Food Safety Certificate
- Criminal record check

Key responsibilities

- Establish methods to meet work schedules and prepare staff work schedules.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties,



sanitation procedures and workplace safety practices.
- Ensure that food preparation and customer service meet established quality-control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain records relating to stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
- Supervise a team of 5 to 10 people.
