The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher in Brandon, MB to mentor fellow teachers, manage a protected and engaging classroom, and implement our LEAP Curriculum across age groups. You will communicate with families to share children’s progress and collaborate with center leadership to drive enrollment and engagement.
Ideal candidates have 1 year of teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in ECE, CDA, or related field, plus knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
